1. Who we are

SESY.AI and NEO Library are two projects of one person: José Fernando Sánchez González (Librarian Joséf Sánchez Coach), a persona física registered with the SAT in Mexico, based in Tulum, Quintana Roo, and Mexico City.

The author is the founder and creator. NEO Library (neolibrary.org) is his life's work: the new library for the new civilization. SESY.AI (sesy.ai) is the technology he created: semantic systems for information, communication and telecommunications, used by the NEO libraries and offered to businesses and institutions.

2. One project, two sites

SESY.AI services and the shop are the professional activity that sustains NEO Library. Contributions go to the same person. Knowledge in the libraries is open and is never for sale.

• sesy.ai: SESY.AI services, the free landing page program and paid add-ons.
• neolibrary.org: the libraries, contributions and membership.
• sesy.store: the shop. Checkout always happens there, never inside the libraries.

3. SESY.AI services

Accredited businesses can receive one landing page on a sesy.ai subdomain with hosting, SSL, base SEO, analytics, WhatsApp, checkout and booking, with no setup fee and no monthly fee.

Accreditation requires a real, operating business and a short video interview. SESY.AI may decline or revoke an accreditation that does not meet these terms, and dormant or abandoned pages can be removed.

SESY.AI earns a flat 5.5% on sales processed through SESY.AI checkout and booking. Payment processor fees are separate. Extra pages, on-demand changes, own domains, advertising management and other add-ons are paid and quoted in writing before work begins.

Advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to each platform.

Payments, receipts and invoices for SESY.AI services are handled through the billing system of sesy.store.

4. Contributions and donations

You can contribute through GoFundMe, Kickstarter, Patreon or directly, by writing on WhatsApp to receive the details.

NEO Library is not a civil association (A.C.), an NGO or an authorized donee (donataria autorizada). Contributions are received in the name of the persona física described in section 1 and are not tax-deductible.

Contributions made on GoFundMe, Kickstarter or Patreon are also subject to the terms of each platform. Contributions are voluntary and, once received, are not refundable except where the law or the platform requires it.

5. Membership

Membership of NEO Library is free for readers. Contributor, patron and organization memberships begin with a message to the librarian and are agreed in writing.

6. The shop (sesy.store)

Products are made on demand. Before you pay, sesy.store shows the price in USD, taxes, shipping and the conditions of each product. Payment is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout.

Every order receives a receipt. Customers in Mexico can request an invoice (CFDI) through the billing system of sesy.store.

Because each item is made for you, changes or cancellations are possible only before production starts. If a product arrives damaged or wrong, write to us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.

Your rights as a consumer under Mexican law, including the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor, always apply.

7. Content and intellectual property

The texts, design, logos and software of SESY.AI and NEO Library belong to their author unless stated otherwise. The NEO, NEO LIBRARY and SESY.AI marks may not be used without written permission.

Library collections are open for reading, study and citation with credit to their source. Third-party works keep their own licences and credits. Quotations from the thesis are cited as Sánchez González, José Fernando (2014).

Pages built for clients belong to the client's business; the templates, code and infrastructure remain SESY.AI's.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the sites or services for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, malware, attacks on the infrastructure, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend any page or account that does.

9. Liability

We work with care to keep the sites and services available and accurate, but they are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or interruptions caused by third parties, platforms or force majeure.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and important changes are announced on both sites.

11. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico, without prejudice to the rights of consumers before PROFECO.
