- NEO Library is not a civil association, foundation, NGO or donataria autorizada. It is the professional project of its author, Librarian Joséf Sánchez Coach, a persona física registered with SAT.
- All funds are raised in the author’s name and received in his own account. They sustain the project and its author’s work.
- Contributions are not tax-deductible donations.
- Funds are used for the libraries and their collections, translations, field work, publications, and the infrastructure we own and operate.
- The author accounts for the use of funds with transparency and complies with his tax obligations.
- Organizations and people supported keep their own legal and financial autonomy.
