2. Data we collect

• Applications to SESY.AI: name, business name, city and country, email, WhatsApp number and the answers you give.
• Sign-in: when you apply with Google or Microsoft, your name and email from that account.
• Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp or email, including membership, contribution and shop requests.
• Orders on sesy.store: name, shipping address, email and order details. Card data is handled by the payment provider and never reaches us.
• Usage data, only with your consent: pages visited, device, approximate location and campaign source, through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity.

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

3. Why we use it

Primary purposes: to review applications, provide the services, answer messages, process orders and contributions, and keep a record of your consent.

Secondary purposes, which you can refuse at any time: to send news of the libraries and SESY.AI, and to measure and improve the sites and campaigns.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed to run the services: hosting on our own infrastructure, Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, sign-in), Microsoft (sign-in), Meta (WhatsApp and, with consent, ad measurement), the payment provider of sesy.store, and GoFundMe, Kickstarter or Patreon when you choose them. We never sell your data.

5. Your rights (ARCO)

You can access, rectify, cancel or oppose the use of your data, revoke your consent or limit its use by writing to hello@sesy.ai with your name, the right you want to exercise and a copy of an ID. We answer within the time set by law.

6. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or required by law, on servers we operate, with access control and encrypted connections.

7. Changes

Changes to this notice are published on both sites with a new date.
