NEO Library is for every reader. This is our commitment and how to tell us when something does not work for you.

1. Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, on every page of the library.
2. What we do
- Clear structure with headings, landmarks and breadcrumbs.
- Text alternatives for images and labelled controls.
- Readable type, day and night themes and sufficient contrast.
- Full keyboard navigation and visible focus.
- Three languages, each on its own domain, with correct language tags.
- Pages that respect reduced-motion settings.
3. Known limits
Some older records, scanned documents and third-party embeds may not yet be fully accessible. We review them as the collections grow.
